Return & Exchange Policy

At Frenchie Town Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. You simply find the email from customer@trackorder.site and follow the instructions.  This email is automatically sent once your item in shipped. 

All returned items must be in their original condition with tags attached. We do not cover the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or we have made an error with your order. Thank you for shopping with us!
